Your IT,
handled.
Buying the laptops, signing the cloud contracts, keeping the network and the NAS alive, answering the everyday questions. For companies without an IT department, we take all of it on for a monthly fee.
A service we started in spring 2026. From the first conversation onward, Yuto Takashima, our representative, handles it personally.
IT problems
eat the company's time.
Three things we hear from companies without an IT department.
Nobody in-house really knows
IT is looked after on the side by whoever is "good with computers". Their actual job stops while they do it.
Buying anything feels like a gamble
Which laptop, which cloud plan, what level of security. With no way to judge, you buy whatever the vendor recommends.
When something breaks, there is no one to call
The network is down, a file will not open. Work stops, and the first task is figuring out who to ask.
Your IT department,
from the outside.
CAICA IT SUPPORT packages the equipment procurement and IT asset management we already do for client companies into a monthly service.
We are not a hardware reseller, and not a maintenance-only contractor. From deciding what to buy, through setup, day-to-day account management, and first response when something breaks — everything an in-house IT person would do, done from outside.
This is built on real work: laptop procurement and setup for a construction consultancy, NAS deployment and maintenance across their branches. We are not selling a fixed product; we start by choosing what actually fits your size and the way you work.
- Choosing and buying PCs and peripherals
- Setup and imaging
- Accounts and licence management
- Cloud contracts and clean-up
- Network and NAS maintenance
- Backups and security
- IT onboarding and offboarding
- First response when something breaks
- Reviewing what you spend on IT
Why companies choose us
One point of contact, no selling and walking away, and the representative stays responsible.
One place to ask, for anything IT
Hardware from one vendor, connectivity from another, cloud from a third. All of that becomes a single point of contact. No more working out who to call.
We don't sell and walk away
Choosing and buying is only the start. Setting it up, making it usable, and keeping it running are the job — through to replacement and disposal, with the same contact throughout.
The right thing at a fair price
We are not tied to a manufacturer, so we can choose what suits your size and your way of working. What equipment and services actually cost is passed on openly.
The representative is your point of contact
Yuto Takashima has looked after corporate systems and infrastructure at an IT company. He handles everything from the first conversation onward, and tells you only what you need in order to decide.
Getting started
Four stages from first contact to running service. We start by mapping what you already have, so nothing needs preparing.
Get in touch
Send us the form. We reply within two business days and set a time to talk. Nothing is charged at this stage.
Take stock
We list the equipment you own, the services you pay for and the problems you have. What you are spending, and on what, becomes visible.
Proposal
We put the scope and the monthly fee in writing. Anything that should be fixed straight away, we tell you now.
Running
We become the place you ask, and we take over equipment and accounts. Contracts run month to month, so you can stop if it does not fit.
IT is used for far longer than it takes to install. So the service is shaped around staying nearby, not selling and leaving.
Quoted per company.
Headcount, locations, how much equipment, and how much you hand over — all of it differs. We take stock first, then put the monthly fee in writing. All figures exclude tax.
- Monthly fee
- Based on your size — people, sites and equipment — and the scope you hand over. Proposed in writing after taking stock.
- Equipment and services
- Hardware purchases and cloud subscriptions are billed at cost, separately from the monthly fee. What they cost is disclosed as it is.
- Contract term
- Month to month. No long tie-in.
- Hours
- Weekdays, business hours. Questions are answered within one business day at the fastest.
- If you cancel
- We hand over a full list of equipment, accounts and contracts, along with handover notes, so another team can pick it up.
- Payment
- Invoiced at month end, payable the following month.
"Just tell us whether we are paying too much for IT" is a fine place to start — we are happy to do the stocktake alone.
Common questions
A few things people ask before getting in touch.
Start with the stocktake. Once the equipment and contracts are listed out, what needs fixing and what can be left alone becomes clear.
That is exactly who this is for — companies too small to justify a dedicated IT person. The monthly fee is set to match.
Nothing has to change. We can simply become the point of contact between you and them. Contracts worth keeping, we keep.
We work remotely by default. When physical work is needed, such as swapping equipment, we arrange a visit case by case.
We take first response during weekday business hours. Anything that stops work is prioritised, and we work out a way to keep going while it is fixed.
Yes, anywhere in Japan. Meetings and day-to-day contact are online.
