This is not design alone. What is the document for, who reads it, in what order should the story unfold — we start by working out the structure, then produce the writing and the design together with an AI-assisted process. Existing materials, rough notes or a spoken explanation are enough to start from.

Conversation
We ask what the document is for, who will read it and what material you already have. We agree the scope and send a written quote.
First draft
You receive a draft that already looks finished. Anything pointing the wrong way is corrected here, while changes are still cheap.
Finish and deliver
We apply the revisions and deliver as PowerPoint and PDF, in a form you can edit and update yourself.
A document changes a little every time it is presented. We build it so that swapping pages and reusing parts stays easy.

The maths is simple: page rate multiplied by number of pages. New pages start at JPY 5,000 and vary with how much of the structure and writing we handle. Revisions after delivery are JPY 2,000 per page. Minimum order five pages. We agree the scope, then fix the total in writing before starting. All figures exclude tax.

- Page rate (from JPY 5,000) × pages. The rate depends on the state of your material and how much of the structure and writing we take on. Quoted after our conversation and fixed before work begins.
- Minimum order
- Five pages (from JPY 25,000). Cover and contents count as pages.
- Revisions
- Revisions between the first draft and delivery are included. After delivery, JPY 2,000 per page — you pay only for the pages you change.
- Validity of a quote
- 30 days from issue. Start any time within that period at the same price.
- Copyright
- Transfers to you on payment, at no extra charge.
- Delivery format
- PowerPoint and PDF, editable so you can update it yourself.
- Payment
- Invoiced at the end of the delivery month, payable the following month.

That is fine. We work from existing materials, your website or simply what you tell us, and write the structure and the copy ourselves. You do not need to draft anything.
Page rate from JPY 5,000 × number of pages, from five pages. Tidier source material lowers the rate; taking on the structure and writing raises it. We fix the total before starting.
Yes. We follow your logo, colours and existing formats. If you would rather rebuild the format itself, we can design a template for you.
Ask us. Depending on length and material, a first draft can be ready in one business day. If it is urgent, we quote on that basis.
Yes, under an NDA. Anything you send is used only for the work in hand.
