Start from whatactually matters to you.
Career design, finding your own criteria, application forms, interview practice. Eight one-to-one sessions totalling nine hours, with someone dedicated to your job search.
All sessions are online, from anywhere in Japan.
You want to start.
You can't quite begin.
Three things we hear most often.
I don't know what I want to do
Everyone around you has started, and you have not even settled on an industry. Asked what you want to do, nothing comes to mind.
Self-analysis goes nowhere
You read the books and fill in the worksheets, and still do not know what to write. Your hand stops above the application form.
There is no one to ask
It is hard to raise with parents or friends. The university careers office is busy and cannot give you much time.
Not a job search built
only for the offer.
CAICA CAREER CENTER is a career design school for new graduates and early-career professionals, run by someone who has spent years in job-search support.
We do not start with interview technique. We take stock of your experience and put your values into words. From there we build the criteria for your search, and design the set of companies that fit. Because the order is kept, application forms and interviews end up in your own words.
Eight sessions, nine hours in total — the first two are 90-minute interviews, the rest 60 minutes — all one to one. It does not end at session eight: while your applications continue, we stay reachable by message.
- Career design sessions
- Taking stock of values and experience
- Building your criteria
- Designing first and second choice groups
- Shortlisting companies
- Organising your stories
- Turning it into application forms
- Interview practice
- Support while applications continue
The eight sessions
From career design to interviews, built up in order. The first two are 90-minute interviews with time to talk properly; from the third, 60 minutes each.
Career design
A 90-minute interview taking stock of your experience. When do you work best, and what do you actually value — put into words.
Building your criteria
Another 90-minute interview. From those values we build the criteria you will use to choose companies, turning a vague sense into something you can explain.
Designing your shortlist
We survey industries and companies against your criteria and design a first and second choice group, naming specific companies.
Organising your stories
Study, clubs, part-time work, jobs. We dig out the stories worth telling and connect them to your criteria.
Application forms
We turn those stories and values into application forms, building your motivation and self-introduction together.
Interviews: basics
Turning what you wrote into something you can say. We practise the common questions out loud.
Interviews: practice
Follow-up questions, questions of your own, showing how much you want the role. Mock interviews modelled on the real thing.
Follow-up
We work through where your applications stand and what is worrying you, through to deciding which offer to take.
Between sessions, questions are welcome by message. When a company gets in touch and you are unsure, you can ask that same day.
Why students choose us
Years in job-search support, and a programme that keeps things in the right order.
Someone who has done this for years
Head of a job-search school, partner in a career support programme, editor of a media outlet for new graduates — and an author and supervisor of books on job hunting.
Criteria, not technique
We do not hand you the answers that pass. We build your own words with you. Once the criteria are there, forms and interviews hold up whichever company you face.
Eight sessions, nine hours, all one to one
No videos, no group lectures. Every session is about your situation alone, with the same adviser from start to finish.
JPY 90,000 excl. tax. Nothing extra
Eight sessions, nine hours, JPY 90,000 excluding tax. Messaging between sessions and feedback on your application forms are included. Nothing is added later.

CAICA Inc.Representative Director
He joined Dentsu as a new graduate and worked in sales, facing client companies directly, before moving to Gakoo, a career and education venture, where he headed the job-search school Naiteijuku.

In partnership with ITmedia-listed IID, Inc., he launched My Career Center, a career design school for new graduates and early-career job seekers, and My Career Center WEB, a job-search media outlet, serving as head of the school and editor of the media. Both closed when the partnership ended. One-to-one sessions with students and young professionals have continued without a break since his Naiteijuku days.
He has authored or supervised 28 books on job hunting and career change. Ko Ugoku! Shukatsu Katsudo All Guide (Seibido Shuppan) has been revised every year for twelve years. From Naiteijuku to My Career Center — CAICA CAREER CENTER inherits all of it, and he runs it himself, one person at a time.

Getting started
Start with a free consultation. Decide once you know whether it fits.
Free consultation
Send us the form. We ask where you are now and explain how the programme runs. No pressure to sign up.
If it makes sense, you sign up and we explain payment. Students can also have a summary to show their parents.
Sessions begin
We start with career design and move at your pace, adjusting the intervals to your application schedule.
Offer and decision
An offer is not the finish line. The goal is deciding, with conviction, which company to join.
Common questions
A few things people ask before getting in touch.
Students about to start or already searching, at any year of study, and early-career or post-graduation job seekers. Career changers are welcome too.
Yes. Every session is online, from anywhere in Japan.
Usually two to three months. Weekly if your applications are close, or spread out if you want more time. Valid for six months from the first session.
That is fine — the programme is built to start from exactly there. The first two sessions take stock of your experience and values, and we build your criteria from what matters to you rather than from what you want to do.
Unused sessions are refunded pro rata — including if an early offer means you no longer need them.
Of course. Ask during the free consultation and we will give you a summary of the programme and the fee to share with them.
By bank transfer. We explain the details when you sign up.
