We build something that works and put it in your hands. We adjust it based on how it feels in real use, until it is ready for daily work.
Launch and improve
We deploy to the cloud and your team starts using it. Small fixes are covered by the running cost; larger additions are quoted as they come up.
A tool attracts more requests once people start using it than it ever did on paper. We build with that in mind — easy to change, easy to extend.
Quoted per project.
The size of the tool, what it connects to and how much AI processing it needs all differ by project. Rather than a fixed price list, we agree the scope in conversation and then give you the build cost and monthly running cost in writing. All figures exclude tax.

- Covers hosting, AI usage and maintenance. Set according to the size of the tool and how much it is used.
- Changes and additions
- Small fixes are covered by the monthly cost. Larger features are quoted as they arise.
- Validity of a quote
- 30 days from issue. Start any time within that period at the same price.
- Copyright
- Transfers to you on payment of the build cost, at no extra charge.
- If you cancel
- We hand over the source code and the data. You can move it to your own environment or another provider.
- Payment
- Build cost on launch; monthly cost invoiced from the following month.

If it can be reached from outside — spreadsheets, chat, email, cloud services — we can connect to it. We tell you what is possible during the first conversation.
We agree who can access the tool, how sign-in works and where data is stored, based on what the tool handles. If certain information cannot leave your company, we design around that.
The monthly cost covers maintenance and small changes by the same person who built it. If you cancel, we hand over the code and the data so you can take it elsewhere.
This service is for tools used on the front line. Larger builds, such as core business systems, are handled as CAICA's system development work — same point of contact, different arrangement.
